Ismail Isilsoy the local well known sculptor will be having an exhibition of his sculptures on August 9th.
He specialises in carving face masks from wood.
The exhibition will start at 8pm at Aphrodite beach and last for three days.
Ismail graduated in 1976 from the Ankara Gazi Education Institute as a sculptor, however he became more well known as a theatrical personality. He worked in Turkey and Great Britain for many years as actor, dramatic adviser, director, playwright and theater designer.
Alongside his dramatic art he still worked with wall paintings and sculpting; the last ten years producing wooden masks and sculptures in North Cyprus.
