Turkey will not give up its guarantor rights in Cyprus, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said.
Speaking to journalists accompanying him on his return from visits to Germany and Belgium last week, he said:
“Greece may give up its guarantor rights but Turkey has no intention of giving up its guarantor rights. We will exercise our guarantor rights to the end there and we do not need to ask for advice from anyone in this regard”.
